Our experts have listed below some of the most frequently asked questions we get from our customers in regard to RDS MME products and services. Our team are always on hand to answer any burning questions you may have.
What is the difference between the Loadmaster Alpha 50 and Loadmaster Alpha 100?
Loadmaster Alpha 50 and 100 are both models of on-board weighing systems fitted to wheel loaders to ensure accurate loading of trucks, trailers and hoppers. Despite sharing the same application, they have some key differences.
The Loadmaster Alpha 50 is the UK’s standard in stockyard environments accurately loading trucks to ensure they pass over the weighbridge the first time and also moving product from stockpiles to bays. The Loadmaster Alpha 100 benefits from advanced sensing technology utilising inclinometers for angle sensing and has comprehensive databasing capabilities remotely sending payload and job data to either pc based iSOSYNC or cloud-based Sitelink.
Utilising GPS technology stockpiles can be geo-fenced providing auto product recognition and tracking product movement around a job site.
When would I use the TT Weigh+ over the TT Weigh on my tipping trailer?
The standard Tractor Trailer Weigh provides the weight of a loaded trailer in a single tractor/trailer combination. The TT Weigh+ would be appropriate when combining a tractor with up to five trailers.
How do I know which Liftlog product I need fit to my forklift truck: Liftlog 100, 100+, or 1000?
When deciding which Liftlog product best suits your needs in a warehouse loading bay environment, consider your specific requirements and the capabilities of each product to inform your choice.
The Liftlog 100 is the base model in the product line, offering essential features for check-weighing pallets. The Liftlog 100+ is an upgraded model of the 100, with an additional load totalising feature.
The Liftlog 1000 is the most advanced model, with a comprehensive range of features to benefit operations that require greater accuracy and load data management. Additional features include +/- 0.5% accuracy, an optional ICP 300 printer and also benefits from a memory stores function with the ability to include an additional text reference to be associated with the load. The data can be exported via a USB stick.
