The RDS TRAMLINE CONTROL 100 and RDS MFDC 100 monitors seed drill operating functions and controls the tramline sequence. A robust, user-friendly and cost-effective monitoring method, RDS provides two systems for monitoring seed drill performance and for setting tram lines.
The RDS TRAMLINE 100 has been designed to control the tram-lining function. The tram line count gets advanced by a signal from a sensor, which is activated by lifting or lowering the drill or markers. This unit allows you to program any sequence of up to 30 bouts and is not limited to
preset sequences.
The RDS MFDC 100 system monitors various seed drill functions. The priority display is the tramlining function and the unit will automatically default to this channel.
Using two memory registers (Total 1 and Total 2), this records the area worked. The area totals and calibration data are stored in the memory automatically when the instrument is switched off, allowing for ease of access.
If there are machine performance issues, the MFDC 100 alerts the operator with
additional alarm functions:
In this range there is also the Artemis; a variable-rate electric drive system for pneumatic seed drills, and comes with an integrated SD card reader.
